A Dietitian's five favourite foods
What are the 5 foods that I can't live without?
My favourite foods, which you will ALWAYS find in my fridge or pantry include:
- Salmon (and Sirena tuna)
- Greek yoghurt (preferably coconut flavour)
- Blueberries
- Tomatoes and cucumbers (equal)
- Dark chocolate
I have an addiction to anything coconut - from gelato to yoghurt to bounty chocolate, I literally can't get enough.
I would have to say, out of the 3 meals of the day, I look forward to and enjoy breakfast the most. I think it's because it contains a few of my favourite foods and always feels more refreshing...
