Pack your plate with veggies

The more #vegetables you eat - the leaner you generally are... FACT!

Enjoying vegetables and making them look and taste appealing is a cornerstone for weight loss success!!



If you are using the #BBQ - rather than just throwing the meat on a preparing a simple, perhaps boring salad - why not do some fun vegetable skewers on the BBQ as well! The kids are guaranteed to at least attempt to eat them...

Roasted vegetables can be used the next day for lunch cold. Remember to add some protein, be it leftover from the night before, a can of oily tuna or salmon or 2 boiled eggs.

Have you ever cooked with Zoodles (zucchini noodles) before? You can buy them already done OR invest in an easy to use appliance to create fresh, zoodles when you need them. They are easier to cook than pasta and 90% less calories!! They are an excellent way to ensure that half the plate is covered!


Cauliflower rice is another MUST TRY! Particularly if you're a rice-lover. There are so many different ways to make it OR buy it done at the supermarket to try first!
